Create a comfortable outdoor gathering space with this 15-Foot by 9-Foot Rectangular Patio Umbrella. Its expansive canopy provides generous overhead shade for outdoor dining sets, lounge furniture, and other seating arrangements, helping you make better use of your patio during sunny weather.
The elongated rectangular design is especially useful for covering wider furniture layouts. Whether positioned above a dining table or alongside a sectional seating area, the canopy helps reduce direct sunlight over a substantial portion of your outdoor space while maintaining an open, airy feel.
A stainless steel frame with twelve supporting ribs provides the umbrella's structure, while a moisture-repellent polyester canopy offers shade and helps shed light precipitation. The frame is designed to resist corrosion during normal outdoor use, although regular care and protection from severe weather remain important.
Adjustable positioning controls make it easier to adapt your shade throughout the day. A side-crank mechanism and dedicated tilt lever allow you to adjust the umbrella according to its operating instructions, helping you respond as the sun changes position.
The set includes a steel cross base, two reusable sandbags, and a fitted storage cover. Properly filling and positioning the sandbags is essential for stability, and additional ballast may be required depending on the manufacturer's instructions and your installation conditions.

The generous rectangular canopy makes this umbrella a practical addition to larger outdoor furniture arrangements. Its shape helps distribute shade across an extended seating area, although actual coverage will vary with the sun's angle, the umbrella's position, and the surrounding layout.
The crank and tilt controls provide flexibility when adjusting shade throughout the day. Make adjustments carefully and follow the manufacturer's operating instructions. Avoid forcing the mechanisms or repositioning the canopy when wind conditions make operation unsafe.
The stainless steel frame and polyester fabric are designed for outdoor use, but the umbrella is not intended to serve as a permanent rain shelter. Close it during strong winds, storms, or other severe weather, and do not leave the canopy open and unattended. Allow wet fabric to dry completely before prolonged storage to help prevent mildew.
For secure placement, assemble the cross base on a stable, level surface and fill the sandbags as directed. Verify the manufacturer's required ballast weight and any additional anchoring recommendations before use, particularly on exposed patios, elevated decks, or other windy locations. The included base components should not be assumed to provide sufficient stability in every setting.
When the umbrella is not in use, close and secure the canopy according to the manufacturer's instructions. Clean the fabric and frame with suitable mild cleaning products, inspect the ribs and adjustment mechanisms periodically, and use the fitted cover only when the umbrella is clean and dry. With appropriate setup and regular care, this rectangular patio umbrella offers a flexible way to add shade and comfort to your outdoor living space.
